Thermo-Tec’s thermal insulation bandage withstands temperatures above 1100’C well
Its main use is to insulate exhaust manifolds and downstream components of the exhaust system.
It effectively lowers the temperature under the hood and accelerates the evacuation of the exhaust system, which has a positive effect on power.
For turbocharged engines, Thermo Tec tape improves turbine operation by increasing exhaust energy.
Recommended for exigent units.
